It was a rainy day in Sa Pa, Vietnam, but the tour was excellent! Advertisements in multiple languages are not something we see every day and the rose garden walk was amazing. The most fascinating part of the trip was seeing utility boxes that were painted by artists to improve local aesthetics. How thoughtful!
